Easy Phone Book 128 v4.1 by Randal G. Harris for the Commodore 128.  This is a nice little phone / address database that supports multiple drives.  This isn't the newest version, but I like to keep all versions of stuff I find for historical reasons.  The newest version I've found so far is v6.4 which can be found here.
