Update - 12/30/2023

I continue to tweak the site because I can't stand the new default Cassiopeia template that comes with Joomla 5.  I'm not a programmer by trade, so this is a painstaking effort that is driving me slightly crazy.  It's amazing just how bad Joomla has become over the last 5 years.  I have easily 100+ hours into this upgrade and I am still tempted to roll back to v3.9.  I sure hope they get their act together.

Update - 12/29/2023

Finally got the framework updated, but unfortunately it required a new template to be compatible with Bootstrap 5, so things look a bit different.  Good news is, no functionality or links were broken in the upgrade (not that I've found yet anyway) and the site is now fully responsive so it should act better on mobile device; key word is "should".  I decided I don't really care about mobile devices smaller than a tablet viewed in landscape mode, sorry to all phone users ;(

Working on getting the website to the latest version of software but there are some incompatabilities with PHP8.1.  I think I've found and fixed most, but if you run across an error or page that doesn't load correctly, I'd appreciate a heads up.
