Shout Out! for GEOS by Wayne Dempsey (Released 2/14/1989) - Shout Out! is an action game similar to the arcade game Logan's Alley in which you have to shoot the bad guys before they shoot you, while not shooting the inncocent bystanders.  There is some really good music in this game.
