Tex and Filo, otherwise known as "The File Wranglers" by Todd Pittman are a couple of text / sequential file tools for the Commodore 64 to assist in formatting your text / data into a given width, including word wrap and / or splitting the files into smaller ones.  It will also output files to your printer in a friendly manner, including PRG (Program) files.
