This is a disk of upgrades for Image BBS v1.2 which were uploaded to the Image BBS Facebook group on October 2, 2016 by Larry Hedman.  In particular, this disk has some games including Golf Solitare, sysop utilities and a few fixes.  See the screenshot of the disk directory for more info.
