This is a disk of upgrades for Image BBS v1.2 which were uploaded to the Image BBS Facebook group on October 2, 2016 by Larry Hedman.  In particular, there is the +.on LMP upgrade and an updated +.BB BBS Lister that supports telnet addresses.  Take a look at the screenshot of the disk directory for more details.
