geoGIF v1.2 by Randy Weems (Dated 11/20/1990) is a GIF data stream format to geoPaint decoder for the Commodore 64 and GEOS.  Basically you can convert non-interlaced GIFs to geoPaint format. Included on the disk image is full docs.
