BMP2Koala is a tool to build C64 Koala-Painter pictures from compatible PC Bitmap files and save them using one of the supported formats. Note: I challenge you to find a way to create a 16 or 256 color .BMP that this program will accept. I spent 30 minutes with Photoshop and MS Paint with no success.
