C64 Alive by Frank Littman is a Commodore 64 emulator for DOS released on January 23rd, 1994.  Supports raster interrupts and SID emulation.

Sorry, no screenshots because it won't run in DOSBox.  Requires a DOS machine or emulator that doesn't have any memory management installed because the emulator/program uses it's own memory management.
