This file is in .rar format because it is a combination of c64 .prg files and PC text files/source code. Here is a blurb about the program from Iaan Coog - You can use this to decompile Blitz and/or Austro compilers then detokenize with petcat or bastext, and recode them from the basic source. But no, I'm not going to do it and I don't have any dox about the pcode format. All I know it's written in the dox at the end of the source.
