SID Wizard v1.4 by Hermit (Mihaly Horvath) was released in 2013 and is a complete music / sound editor system for the Commodore 64.  Included in the archive is complete docs, source code and even some examples.  Also included is SID Maker v1.4 that will let you convert and relocate you production for distribution.
