Broken by Softdaeler (Seriously, that's how he spelled his name) - File Master reminds me of a CMD copy program but I don't recall its name atm. Anyway, this looks like a nice copier with an option for Block Distancing I haven't seen before. This particular version is a little smaller than the one released by Newlook so I'm guessing the difference is just the BASIC compiler used.
