The Major ReOrg v2.1 by Bo Zimmerman is a feature rich directory editor for GEOS that lets you do all the usual things you'd expect and some.  If you'd like to check out the source visit Bo's site.  Bo updated the program in 2009 to work with Wheels64 v4.4.
