128 Cataloger v1.0 writte by The Elite (1986) is actually a pretty nice disk cataloging program for the Commodore 128 in 80 column mode. 

Written at: Commodore Software Exchange by Phil Y 1987. The cataloger can handle up to 2500 records in memory at once.

Released January 1988 by Ralph E. Decker and Bill Ewing. This 80 column C128 program supports 1541/1571 and multiple drives. Also has printing capability and some file utilities.

Released December 5th, 1986 by Mike Clark. Works with 1541, 1571, SFD & MSD Drives. Also has printer support.

Disk and File Librarian v1.3 by Jay Machielse was released May 1987.  This is a disk cataloging system for the Commodore 128 that supports a nice search feature.  Docs are on the disk.

1987,1988 T&S Software. By Lonnie De Cloedt. This is a Commodore 128, 80 column disk cataloging program. Supports multiple drives and some file utilities such as copying.

From Larry G. Kirgan. This is a very user friendly 80 column filing program based on the original c64 version by Robert Drake.

Super 128 Warez Filer v3.0 by Albert Wiersch (October 17th, 1989) - Supposedly, this is one of the best software cataloging utilities made for the Commodore 128 (80 column mode only).  It can support up to 1500 titles in memory (1400 if you want to use sort) and has all the major features you'd want or need to save, edit, sort and find the software you have saved on those 2500+ floppy disks.

Ultracat v2.0 by Steve Boerner (1986) for the Commodore 128, is an extensive filing system for organizing your disk library.
