By Star Dust. Unique term program in that I haven't ever seen a copy of it before. It is a standard 300-1200 baud C/G term with printer support. Interesting thing (to me anyway) is that it's isepic'd but I can't tell what commercial program it is based on. Why else would you use Isepic?

By Fritz Oppliger. This is a really neat program. It has a 44k buffer on a stock c64 and even supports Ram expansion. Also supports the Swiftlink-232 and the BI-80 column display adapter! Very cool.

I found this version of Fritzterm on a disk image I got from Megalextoria. It appears to be an older version than the others posted here. Includes docs on disk.

1987 Netcomm - Released by Tour De Future

Released in 1987 by Nickolai Smith. Decent C/G term with built-in modem nibbler. Buffer functionality and Punter protocol.

GuruTerm Beta+ is an improved version of RaveGuru's original implementation of this RR-Net compatible terminal program by Holy Moses of Role.  Now you can enjoy the built-in address book.

Really neat terminal program that will use an RR-net or compatible ethernet adapter to call telnet capable BBSes. Although the terminal supports C/G, it doesn't support uploads or downloads.

Originally based on Hal Term v4.2 by Richard Buchanan, modified Mike Jasso, 1987. This term was designed for Hal and Punter capable BBSes.

Released by Green Valley Publishing. This is a complete terminal package with disk, buffer and transfer operations. Docs file is on disk.

Kipperterm 2 for the Commodore 64 is a terminal program that supports RR-NET / C64NIC+ ethernet for telneting to BBSes.

Kipperterm 64 v1.0.30 is a telnet client that supports vt100 and xmodem transfers for the Commodore 64 (ethernet cartridge required).

1987 by Michael May. This is a cool term with 26903 byte buffer, c/g mode, etc...

Don't remember this term when I was a kid, but it looks pretty nice and although there is a version 1.2 on the site, it doesn't have the cool font this one uses.

Merlin the Magic Term v1.1 1986 Lone Wolf, Studdly Boulderock & Star Dust. Decent terminal program supporting the 1670 and C/G. Isepic'd though, hopefully I'll run across a non-snapshotted version.

1988 by Taylor McConnaughhay - This disk came with the MFJ-1282/3 Packet modem. I believe it's for HAM stuff.

1984, Robert S. Shaw, standalone mod by Chris Kaiser. Basic terminal program supporting the 1650 and possibly others because it will go up to 1200 baud. Wish I had the source code for this one. Clean and simple.

This is the fully BASIC un-compiled version of Microterm 64. Great place to start if you are looking for a BASIC example of the Punter protocol.

This is a newer version of Midwesterm that supports Punter transfers.

Mind Term 2.0f 1985 Pacadivis. Written by Paul Andrew Viscovich. This seems to have been a pretty advanced terminal program for it's time. It supported both Xmodem and Punter along with buffer functions and printer support.

1990 by MFJ Enterprises, 07/30/1990. Programmed by Mick Hart - As far as I can tell, Multicom was released for a particular modem and appears to support faxing.

NinjaTerm is an all-assembler term program for the Commodore VIC-20. NinjaTerm has the following features:

• Very, very fast
• Works at speeds up to 2400 baud in VICE
• Works at speeds up to 1200 baud in hardware.
• Uses C64 char set to improve readability
• Programmable Address Book

Requirements

NinjaTerm will run on any 16k VIC-20. Future versions may require 24k. NinjaTerm works with all userport modems, including new Wifi Modems and tcpser based modems.

Nothing super fancy with this term program, but it does use a custom font which I've always liked. It has a 8.5k buffer and supports file transfers.

packetTERM 4.8 for the Commodore 64 is your typical terminal program, supporting Punter and Xmodem transfer protocols and all the usual 300-1200 baud modems of the era.  This isn't one I'd recommend, but I love terminal programs, so lets add it to the collection.
