Cave of the Word Wizard by Patrick Quinn (Timeworks, 1983) - You have wandered into a mysterious cave, and the entrance has been sealed behind you. Suddenly the Word Wizard appears and informs you that in order to leave his cave you must find four magic crystals which have the power needed to open the entrance. You have only a flashlight to help you find your way through the cave, and your batteries are running low.

I don't usually post games, but lately there have been some really nice remakes and originals released, so I might have to start posting some.  I also make an exception for educational, strategy and word games, so here's a classic word game.  Basically, you pick the size grid you want, then fill it with words and someone else gets the fun of finding them.

FYI - Mad Libs is a phrasal template word game where one player prompts others for a list of words to substitute for blanks in a story, before reading the – often comical or nonsensical – story aloud. The game is frequently played as a party game or as a pastime.
