Wish I had more info for you about this program.  All I can say is it's a mouse driven 2x2 Sprite editor for the Commodore 64.

Can't tell you much about this program other than it's obviously a multi sprite editor and has some basic built-in help.

Noluxe Sprite Data by Flossoftware (1987) isn't technically a sprite editor, it is more of a sprite extractor.  With this program you can extra sprites from memory and write them to data statements which can be saved to disk.

Pro Sprite by Dosoft is a full featured sprite editor for the Commodore 64.

If you need to create a sprite, this is one of the best programs I have ever seen for working with Sprites.

Sprite Designer 2.4 by Mirkosoft (2006) - Nice easy to use interface.

Written by A. Crowther in 1986 - This isn't just a sprite editor, it is also a screen and character editor, but It leans mostly towards sprites imho. Anyway, you need to Sys 51500 after you load to get it running.

Sprite Editor-64 is a neat little BASIC program for the Commodore 64 that will let you design sprites, then save them to DATA statements for use in your own programs.  Nothing fancy, but the code is nicely written and pretty well documented with REM statements, so you might find some useful tidbits for your own projects.

Found this simple but useful sprite maker on a Starter Kit disk by the NorthWest user group of California.  You can create your sprite on screen, then the program will convert it to data statements to include in your BASIC program.  Although it's pretty simple compared to the other tools we have these days, it's completely written in BASIC, so you might find the code useful in the creation of your own utilities.

This archive includes the full NorthWest Starter Kit.  There are some other utilities / programs you might find useful on it.

Sprite Studio 64 v1.1 by Tobiasz Stamborski (Released January, 2023) - It's always nice to see new utilities that encourage using the Commodore 64 for actual design work, and this one won't let you down.  There is even a nice manual included.

Programmed by Achim Gorski and released in 1989. Sprite Wiz is a very nice sprite editor with lots of features. Help is built in (c= key inside the program). This is a PAL based program.

Sprite World Editor is a nice mouse or keyboard driven sprite editor.

Writen by J.J. - Sprite! is a very simple sprite editor but might just get the job done if you need something simple.

The Spritemaster 64 animation program is designed as a sprite generator and editor for use by programmers or as a fun and creative playmate for children or adults.

Created by Gizmo & Wim for the 'Magic Disk'. This is seriously a cool font/character creator. It will create 1x2, 2x1, 2x2 & 3x3 character sets.
