Released by Trigsoft. I can't tell you much about this compactor. It doesn't even have an intro, but that doesn't mean it's bad, so give it a try.

A-Packer v1.0 by Madrom/Cream - Nice simple program packer with turbo-DOS.

Alternative 3.0 is two programs in one.  It is a memory packer and also a de-packer + relocator.  Dox are included in the program.

Basic Cruncher cracked by RIP in Dec. 1985.  This program will crunch the BASIC program in memory.  SYS 49152 to start the program.

Byte Boiler v1.3 cruncher modded by Willcox in 1999 to support CMD's SuperCPU & Flash 8 accelerators.  Still requires at least 256k RAM Expansion.

This disk by Non Stop Crackers is jam packed with various compactors.

Compactor III released by Buck Rogers Inc. - With this tool you can take your BASIC program and compact it down into as few lines as possible, saving a little memory and speeding up the program slightly.  In the disk image are both the Blitzed version and the original BASIC version.

Cruncher 64 v1.0 by Megabyte Inc. is a utility for crunching a program so that it takes less disk space.

Cruncher Two by Mister X is a program cruncher that is compatible with Speed-DOS.

East Linker v1.0 by Petr Stehlik, released in 1995 - This nice utility will let you link up to 28 files into a single loadable file.  Is easy to use and checks for overlaps.

Written by E.C.A Production in 1998. This compactor is an improved version of W.H.O.'s Compactor v3.23. 

Fast Cruel v4.0 is a program cruncher improved by Witty/OREGON and Devastator/CHROME.

Hackpack IV (Byte Boiler v1.0 + Level AB v2.0) by OneWay is a combination of crunchers with the added ability to utilize 256K of a  RAM Expansion to speed things up.  Byte Boiler can also use 2MHz mode on a Commodore 128.

Capable of crunching programs up to 243 blocks, Timecruncher is easy to use.

Music Raster-Time Cruncer v1.5 by Brush of Parados (released Dec. 21st, 1991) for the Commodore 64.  Lots of useful information in the dox file.

Packer Box v1.0 released by Jer of Panic Design - This is a nice little collection of packers and compactors.

Plush Squeezer v2.0 released by Plush - Looks to be a good squeezer / cruncher - see built-in info for more details.

Ram's SuperCompressor++

Shield Crunch (released sometime in 1992) for the Commodore 64 (or Commodore 128 in 64 mode), is a program cruncher with impressive results.  The following snippit was found along with this program:

I found this powerful (but slow) packer for the 64 on a PD disk at the local library. It is very easy to use, just report source and destination names, and jmp address and $01 initial value (memory configuration, mostly $37). I have compared this packer to others I have and it always showed superior results. If some programs do not run when packed with it try changing all $2D bytes to $AE and $2E to $AF in the decompressing routine. This often helps.

Written by The Forgotten Few in 1988. TFF Cruncher is an ML file cruncher that will let you reduce the size a program takes on disk for faster transfers and such.

The BitImploder v2.5 is a program cruncher for the Commodore 64.  Improved by Wanderer of NEC, The BitImploder can crunch programs up to 120 Blocks in size and has an easy to use menu driven interface with built-in notes on how to use the program.  You can use a fast load cartridge to improve speeds, and it works with all device numbers.

The Cruncher AB v1.0 was developed by Hederstiera / Hovang in 1992/93. Cruncher AB will compact a file to reduce the amount of space used on a disk.

Programmed in 1988 by Matcham of Network - This cruncher is the 64/128 - 2mhz version.

Ultracomp 3.0 is a multifile compressor with built-in "hacking" protection written by Dennis. The compressor code itself isn't that advanced, but it doesn't require all that much memory and it merges multiple files. The compressor core was based on a reverse engineered RLE compressor done by Jedi.

World Wide Express Crunch & Link Collection Vol. 1.2 - This is a huge collection of utilities released in Marchi 1990.  Check out the screen shots to see all of the programs in the collection.
