64FORTH is an implementation of the FORTH programming language. It is a super-set of fig-FORTH. It uses the Commodore file-system and has many functions that access the C64 hardware including sound and graphics. It occupies 16k of cartridge memory from $8000-BFFF and comes with a comprehensive manual.  64FORTH was written by Tom Zimmer and published by HES software in 1983.

Blazin' Forth is a complete Forth-83 system for the Commodore-64 computer. It includes all the words from the Required Word Set, the Double Number Extension Word Set, and the Assembler Extension Word set. It also includes almost all of the Controlled Reference Word set, and applicable words from the Uncontrolled Reference Word Set. The words omitted from the Controlled Word Set are --> , K , and Octal , all others are included. This system also contains its own versions of the System Extension Word Set, which include various compiler security features.

C64-Forth v1 is a release by Datatronic of the Forth programming language for the Commodore 64.

C64-Forth release in 1983 [Greg Harris, Performance Micro Products] - This particular version of Forth is based on the 1979 Forth standard.

Forth+ for the Commodore 64 - While cleaning up some files I ran across this version of Forth along with a manual (included in this archive) for a version of Forth+ from Meblourne House.  I can't say for sure they go together, especially because as you can see from the screen shot, the (c) is Abersoft.  Still, I guess some kind of manual is better than nothing.

F.I.G. Forth v1.1 (c)1983 Pet Forth SystemGroup is also known as Elcom-Forth according to this post over at the Lemon64 forum.  It is also commented on that the Atari Forth Atari Forth Manual can be used, as this Forth version has a limited wordset.

White Lightning is a high level graphics development system for the Commodore 64. It is aimed primarily at the user who has commercial games writing in mind and has the patience to learn a sizeable new language. It is not a games designer and stunning results probably won't be produced overnight, but it does have the power and flexibility to produce software of a commercial standard (with a little perseverance!).
