Sound Effect Editor v3.2 - This is such a cool and easy to use utility for creating sound effects for games!  There are a couple sample sounds built into the program, and a couple more on the disk.

I was following this thread over at Lemon64 about someone needing some Space Invaders sounds for their 2021 remake, so I thought I'd check out this tool that was mentioned.
