Koala Picture Converter by Midwest Micro, Inc. (1984) - I'll be honest, I'm not excatly sure what this program is supposed to do.  I tried playing with some of the colors to do dithering, but there was no effect.  Anyway, I included the Koala picture I tested with on the disk, good luck.
