Wild Term! by Wizard Soft (1985) - It's been a while since I've discovered a new terminal program, but thanks to DLH for sharing a collection of BBS and terminal programs, I've found this older 300 baud only term.

This 6510 assembler has been developed by Aart J.C. Bik.  Win2c64 is a cross-assembler for the 65xx microprocessor family that runs on any Microsoft Windows platform and generates code that can be executed on the Commodore 64 or other 65xx-based microcomputer.  Full docs are included in the archive as a PDF.

I forgot I made this a couple years back, but glad I found it!  This is a cheat sheet for WinVice 3.5 with a handy keyboard reference when using the positional mode.  It also has JiffyDOS v6.01 quick reference, along with the full command set, CBM Command hotkeys, GEOS DeskTop shortcuts and GeoWrite Shortcuts.  

Wiz-Mon by Magic Disk (January 1990 issue) is a machine language monitor for the Commodore 64.  This particular version can be loaded into various memory locations ($1000-$2000, $6000-$7000 & $c000-$d000) and has the instructions built into the program.

Word Writer Converter is  a data conversion utility for converting PETASCII or ASCII text files to Word Writer format.  On top of that, you can also convert Word Writer files to PETASCII or even a GEOS TextScrap for importing into a geoWrite document.  I tested this out on a file I put in the archive so you can check out the results.

Wordcount64 v1 - Programmed by Parsec, Inc (1993) and uploaded to GEnie on June 24th 1993.  Wordcount for the Commodore 64 is exactly what you'd think, it counts how many words are in a sequential (SEQ) file.  I'm not sure why anyone would ever need this, but if you do, here it is!

Wordcraft 64 is an older word processing program for the Commodore 64 which appears to have come on the scene in 1983 when it was adapted by Nick Hickman.  Although it's not super fancy, it does support RS232 printing.

Wordle v1.3 by Spiro Harvey (original by Josh Wardle), released in 2022 - I know I'm a little late to the craze, but I'm glad to find that someone has released this for the Commodore 64.  The object of the game is to guess the word in 6 tries.  Each try will give you a hint by coloring the letters brown or yellow.  If the letter is yellow, then it is in the answer and in the correct position.  If the letter is brown, it is in the answer but in the wrong position.

Written by Jim Garrick. Wordmaster isn't quite a word processor but close. If you want to quickly edit or create and Seq. file, this is a good choice. Fully menu driven and very easy to use.
