"uIEC_Man 64" and "uIEC_Man 128" let the user change a .Dxx image on a uIEC device in GEOS V2 (including Gateway, Wheels, and GEOS MegaPatch V3)

The attached zip file contains a .d64 with both 64 and 128 versions plus dox (German and English) and an auto-exec if you want to change the .Dxx image while booting.

The English dox have been spruced up in geoPublish with the addition of some screenshots and are included as a PDF.
