1943: The Battle of Midway (1988, Capcom) for the Commodore 64 is a vertically scrolling shoot-’em-up where you pilot a P-38 Lightning through waves of enemy aircraft and warships while collecting power-ups and managing fuel.

This version of 1943 was made with Nibtools and converted to a .G64 with copy protection in tact.  If you have trouble running this in the VICE emulator, I suggest starting VICE with these parameters:

x64sc.exe -drive8truedrive +trapdevice8 -warp "1943.g64"

This has been tested with WinVICE v3.10.
