Lenkel Disk Edit v1.3 - Lenkel Disk Editor for Commodore 64 and 1541, 1571, and 1581 disk drives by D. Paul Luscher is a utility for examining data of a disk by track & sector.  Any T/S with the standard range can be viewed/edited.  The editor allows some text typing, moving the cursor, but it is meant to allow editing byte by byte of in-place bytes and is not a text editor in that sense.
