Ultdir2.gen by Kurt Brandon / Bob Kober - You know how sometimes you run across a program and it has nice documentation and seems to work great but you can't figure out what in the world it would be used for? Well this is one of those programs. I was recovering files from an old CompuServ archive where I found this, and because I spent a good 20 minutes stripping the header off some obscure format CompuServ used for storing files I figured I'd post this in hopes that someone finds it useful and/or wants to explain what it would be used for. Honest, I did RTFM and there is even some example code in the docs, but it just isn't sinking in. Anyway, here is a quote from the docs describing the program:
This program will write to disk a 7-block object program that, when invoked with a SYS command from BASIC, will display a directory identical to that possesed by Bob Kober's great ULTRA sequential file reader/printer.
