Script Maker v2.02 by Mark Dulski is a telecommunications program for the Commodore 128.  The best I can figure is  it was used to automate various actions for an online service called RTC back in the day.  I found a file on cbmfiles.com that was an archive of some chat sessions for a service called RTC and the program title says RTC Master in it, so 1 + 1...
