!-Load by Dos-Software is a 7x fast loader.  There isn't anything special about it that I could detect and it's 6 blocks in size, so it's just average based on others I've seen.  If I was going to use a fast loader, I'd want the smallest one available, but you never know, this one might have some compatibility advantages.
