Written by Riff Raff & The Burglar. V1.0 Released August 1986. As far as Hackers / War Dialers go, this is a pretty nice one. It has some extras like a prank dialer, keypad echo and even a mini terminal.

All-Net Hacker v1.0 by Hawke - Released 1/1/88.  This is your standard code hacker.

This is a multi-function hacker that is Hayes/1670 Compatible.

By Lucifer La Rock - BASIC program used for hacking VMB's I believe.

B.W. Hacker v4.6 written by Microman of FBR2001 - This is your standard multi hack / wardial utility with a built-in terminal program.

Written by Fatal Error and The Phantom - Code Hacker supports both random and sequential attemtps along with the ability to save and print results.

Darkthrone Scan Director v1.0 was released on 5/9/93 by Carcass.  This is your typical war dialer with the added nicety of being able to print out results.  Docs are built in.

Darkthrone Scan Director v1.1 was released by Carcass at some unknown time.  This appears to be a much improved version based on 1.0 with more configuration options.

By David L. Clatfelter - This is a pretty nice war dialer written entirely in BASIC, with options to save lists and maintain a phonebook.

Released on August 10th 1990 by DTY. This is a pretty simple 800 PBX hacker. As the information screen says, "if you don't understand it, give it up."

Released on August 10th, 1990 by Demonspawn. Dialup Hacker is PBX hacker capable of doing both single and multiple PBX #'s.

This is your basic war dialer with the ability to save results to a file.  Not of much use these days, but still a piece of history.

Anoter BASIC war dialer with option to save carrier detects.

Simple, gets the job done.  If you don't know what this is for, probably a good thing.

ISI Wardialer written by someone (they use a terrible font in this program) and released in 1991.  This is an above average dialer with nice save / load file abilities.

Written by Black Alice - ITT Abuzer brings back memories. Not sure why, but seems I remember ITT codes floating around more than any other type of LD code. hint - 7 Digits.

This handy phreaking tool has all the best boxing tools (silver, blue, red) along with instructions on how to use them built into the program.

By Italian Stallion, released on February 23rd, 1990. This program has a code hacker mode, a super pranker, and your typical box tone generator. Doc built into program.

1987 Hal-Soft by Hal Halvorson. War dialer for the 1660 modem.

National Pirates Network (c)1988 0 Designed for the 1670 modem. I'm sure you can guess what this does. If you don't know, download it and find out.

Outdial Directory Utility v1.0 by Micropirates Inc. Released on 7/15/92 - Basically this is a US directory of all the SprintNET outdials from back in the day.  Obviously not useful at all these days, but sometimes it's just fun to reminisce about the days gone by.

1992 THC/Jew - NTSC/Pal fixed by David Cooper.

Uploaded by Mr. Krok. Mostly written in BASIC except for the transfer routines, this is a pretty standard term with a Phreak dialer (2600hz, etc...)

By Jiztor+ - Power Hacker is a very flexible code hacker for the 1670 modem.

Quantum Hack ][ by North Dakota (1985) - More than just your average war dialer, this one had some particular targets in mind. 

Scan-Man v1.2 by Case is pretty much your typical war-dialer.  It will save results to a .seq file on the same drive you run the program from and it can also print out to device #4.  Supposedly it can also handle pulse dialing but unfortunately the 80's have come and gone and I doubt even third world countries are that far behind.  

Written by Chris Lazarus, Super Phreak is a pretty nice program with many boxing options and more.

The Original Blue-Box Program! By Sgt. Pepper - 1986. The Phreakers Phriends!

The Phreakers Phriend. By Sgt. Pepper-1987. Although this program has a box mode, it seems more geared towards the modem nibbler aspect.

Telehacker for the Hayes / Prometheus modems was written by Dan Steele. It's your basic sequential war dialer and code finder.

Written by The Kernal, 1984. This program handles your basic Silver Box, Blue Box and Red Box.

Presented by Black Synper & The Blitz. As quoted from the program - "Hang Ten's long distance code hacker for the Commodore 1670 modem".

The Ultimate War Utilities v1.0 by Eliminator - Released in 1993 - This is a nice set of old school tools including a scanner, phreaker, pranker and even a mini terminal program.  Man those were the good ole days!

Interesting little code hacker. Has 24 carriers built-in but you can also use your own service numbers. Will do random or sequential codes. Only works with the 1670 modem.

Ultraphreak III (ITT Hacker v1,1) by The Pawn and Ad Rock is you standard code finder.

VMB Hacker v1.0 by MetalSoft is your standard old school 800# Voice Mailbox Hacker.

VMB Hacker v2.00 by Dungeon Master was released August 17, 1990.  Back in the day this would have been a handy tool for hacking voice mailboxes.

War Games Dialer by Matt Even. Very simple 1650 modem war dialer. Has save to disk ability.

War Utilities 2 released by Onyx of Coderz is a nice little war dialer along with a pager harasser. 

War-Dialer by Bill the Cat and Rob the Great! Bet you can't guess what this program does, If you don't, you probably aren't a teen from the 80's.  Sometimes I wonder how many modems (faxes?) are still out there answering in my local preifx.
